I am a pastry chef by trade and have been working in some of Britain's finest establishments over the past 10 years.
At Joecocoa, working with fine Belgian chocolate, I strive to create beautifully eye catching chocolates in flavours that I think you will love
There really is no secret to how we produce our chocolates but the process is a painstaking one, that being said, we take our chocolate work pretty seriously!
Every box of chocolates has been hand crafted from start to finish, using just a few hand held tools, a trusty slab of polished marble and a great deal of care and attention. All in all, the process takes up to 3 days but with the right amount of time, and the correct conditions, we produce chocolates that we are truly proud to serve!
